Bryant, a college English dual-enrollment teacher at Midland Trail High School, was one of 50 educators nationwide chosen for the fellowship.
The NEA Foundation's Global Learning Fellowship is a year-long program designed to enhance NEA member educators’ knowledge and skills to integrate global competency into daily classroom instruction, advocate for global competency in their schools and districts, and help students thrive in an increasingly interconnected world.
The 2026-27 Fellows will participate in online coursework and webinars, a two-day professional development conference in Washington D.C., and a ten-day summer field study in Peru. Upon completion of the program, the 2026-27 Fellows will become part of an active, 550+ educator alumni group that supports their continued growth and leadership in global education.
